Whether it’s a Bar/Bat Mitzvah(1), wedding, or retirement party you will find that The Engineers Club’s combination of elegant entertaining rooms, warm and attentive staff, and gourmet dining options make for a memorable event.

Service
Prior to your event, you work directly with our catering staff. During your initial preparations, our we will walk you through the mansion and share with you the many options you have to make this special day as delightful and smooth as possible. During your party, our professional house and wait staff work quietly and seamlessly to be unobtrusive yet attentive to your every need.

Gourmet Dining
Executive Chef Koven Bryant has been creating tempting meals elegantly presented here at the Club for over 16 years and regularly receives accolades for his delicious soups and entrées. Sous Chef Lillie Henson has been in our kitchen since 1981 and prepares scrumptious salads, desserts and accompaniments.

Photo Opportunity

The Engineers Club and the Garrett Jacobs Mansion Endowment Fund have plans for improvements to the building to provide handicap access through a new second lobby on Peabody Mews, passenger elevator access to all levels of the Club and a wheelchair lift at the member private entrance. Until funding is secured for these improvements, access to the historic mansion is limited to use of a non-member area freight elevator and assistance by staff at the main entrance. The intent of this notice is to inform all potential users and guests of the building’s current limitations.
