Conservatory: Courtyard
Considered to be the showplace of the mansion. The glass cover of this room was removed about fifty years ago as a safety measure. The framework was of ornamental iron, the floor of mosaic tile with red numedia marble trim. The conservatory had various fountains, a tree growing in the center and boasted its own heating system. It served as an aviary and rare plants were grown.

Rental: The Courtyard is available for members to rent for $1,200. This price is discounted on a pro-rated schedule until it is free after three contiguous years of membership in good standing.
