Mary Lucinda Kelly will present “Unfolding 19th Century Baltimore: Mount Vernon Place and its Sculpture.” Cindy Kelly is an art curator and the author of Outdoor Sculpture in Baltimore: A Historical Guide to Public Art in the Monumental City.
